Roles & Responsibilities
·Skills Data Governance & BAU Operations:oPerform weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual BAU processes for skills, certifications, role types, specialties, and known supply maintenance.oMaintain Advisory datapoints across systems including Certinia, SmartConnect, and ProFinda.oReview and decision ProFinda ontology merges; document decisions and deploy approved updates.oManage change requests for skills, skills frameworks, and certifications—including evaluating, documenting, recommending, and deploying decisions.oMaintain known supply labels based on requests and relevancy using defined methodologies and logs.oExecute periodic refresh cycles (annual) for skills frameworks (L2 offerings, DMT frameworks, priority platforms, role types, RM ring‑fence categories).o·Process Documentation & Continuous ImprovementoCreate detailed process documentation, QRGs, reference logs, and SharePoint‑hosted materials for Advisory skills maintenance.oDesign, refine, and document BAU workflows and long-term operating models for skills management.oCollaborate with Tech Teams on enhancements including the design of a "Skills Agent" to streamline deployment and maintenance of skills data.oConduct skills overlap analysis using data tools and generate consolidation recommendations for frameworks with high redundancy. ·Data Analysis & ReportingoRun Alteryx workflows to generate output files (SF Changes & Suspected Merges, Certinia Uploads, Certinia Master New).oPrepare datasets for submission to Certinia tech teams and maintain versioning and archival discipline.oIdentify, analyze, and resolve data inconsistencies across multiple datasets and systems.oLeverage Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) to analyze and standardize complex or messy data sources.•·Stakeholder Management & CollaborationoPartner with US and onshore Advisory stakeholders including Resource Managers, Offering Leaders, Platform Leaders, and ProFinda Admins.oLead conversations to collect inputs needed for framework refreshes, role updates, consolidation decisions, and change request reviews.oParticipate in stakeholder demos, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and support communication plans and training (including lunch-and-learn sessions).oProvide consultative guidance based on decisioning levels—managing independent decisions, consulting with RMs, and escalating to business leadership when needed.•·Integration Support for Talent ProcessesoSupport integration of skills datasets into talent-related documents including job descriptions, certification catalogs, and evaluation forms.oEnsure alignment and consistency between skills data and Talent processes in partnership with talent/HR teams.·Required Qualifications & ExperienceoMinimum of 5 years progressive experience in Resource Management / Skills Management for an international clientoExcellent oral & written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and empathetic responses.oComfortable creating structured documentation, process flows, QRGs, and trackersoData quality, data modeling, and dataset standardization experienceoExperience with SmartConnect / ProFinda or similar resource/staffing/skills platformsoStrong process orientation and attention to detailoAbility to work with AlteryxoStrong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas; macros preferred)oStrong attention to detail and ability to work with evolving or emerging data points.oAbility to analyze large datasets for trends, anomalies, overlaps, and insights.oExperience managing master datasets and reference logs.
