Senior Analyst
The Capability Hubs (CH) team at KPMG Global Services (KGS) helps KPMG firms navigate the complexities of their business by understanding their needs and delivering tailor-made, industry-focused solutions. Led by an experienced leadership team across two locations in India - Gurugram and Bengaluru - CH provides support in winning business, client delivery and eminence building. From 185 colleagues in 2011 to 1,500+ in 2023, each of our cross-functional hubs comprises seasoned professionals with the deep domain expertise to help deliver value and achieve business outcomes through process efficiency and seamless delivery.
•Collaborate with the GBS customer success team to define and enhance service management practices across delivery centers.•Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and presentation materials for various governance forums and leadership reviews.•Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI / tools•Use enterprise‑approved AI tools for data prep, insight generation, and content drafting; uphold responsible AI and data privacy.•Monitor and report on projects and ongoing initiatives to ensure alignment with customer success team's goals.•Support periodic updates and maintenance of the service catalogue, relationship matrix, and QBR/overview presentations.•Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to streamline reporting, eliminate redundancies, and increase the efficiency of recurring tasks.•Manage support for GBS governance meetings, including preparing presentation materials and coordinating meetings.•Assist with ad hoc requests for the Central team as needed.•Gain a deep understanding of key metrics and the business structure/taxonomy within the GBS operating model.•Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational activities.Educational qualifications
•Qualifications: Graduate or postgraduate in Finance/Operations (preferable) or any disciplineWork experience
•Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firmExperience Level
