Senior Digital Multimedia Designer

Senior Analyst

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Digital Multimedia Designer with strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and interactive eLearning design and development.

This role will focus on designing visually rich, engaging, and interactive learning experiences, combining motion graphics, multimedia design, and instructional design principles. This role focuses on transforming static content into immersive, interactive assets. The ideal candidate would combine strong visual design and motion graphics expertise, with the ability to build interactive learning experiences that enhance learner engagement and retention, to bring concepts to life through animation, multimedia, and intuitive interaction design.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and technology, and is passionate about elevating the quality and impact of digital learning through visual innovation and interactivity.

Visual & Motion-Based Design

•Design high-quality visual learning assets including infographics, UI elements, and branded learning interfaces•Create motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos using tools like Adobe After Effects•Ensure strong visual storytelling aligned with learning objectives

Adobe Creative Suite Expertise

•Use Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for asset creation and enhancement•Use Adobe After Effects for animations and motion design•Work across tools to ensure seamless integration of visuals into learning modules

Interactive eLearning Creation

• Design and develop interactive learning modules, videos and other learning assets using tools like Adobe Captivate, Synthesia and other rapid authoring tools

• Incorporate advanced interactivity (scenarios, branching, gamification elements, click-based exploration)

• Transform static content into engaging learner experiences

• Possess basic understanding of instructional design principles, with the ability to translate storyboards into engaging and interactive learning experiences

• Suggest creative approaches to improve engagement and retention

• Apply modern UX/UI principles in learning design

Innovation & Experimentation

•Explore new tools and techniques (AI, motion, microlearning formats)•Continuously elevate visual quality and learner engagement standards

Educational qualifications

•Candidates should be Graduate or above

Work experience

•4-6 years of experience in eLearning, digital learning and multimedia design

Experience building interactive learning assets and microlearning
