Roles & responsibilities

The position in discussion is with the KGS Recruitment Process Optimization (RPO) team for the US geography, as part of Business Services capability, which is an integral part of the firm’s strategy to enhance innovation, end-client support, and improve profitability globally.

KGS RPO team has been providing solutions to KPMG member firms globally. By leveraging insights and applying best practices, the RPO team assists member firms in streamlining their recruitment process by identifying qualified candidates for their current and future talent needs. The team’s capabilities include candidate sourcing, diversity hiring, leadership hiring, campus hiring and candidate outreach, talent mapping & insights.

We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst with an Executive Search background. In this role, you will lead the talent identification efforts for high-caliber executive candidates. Leveraging your expertise in executive search and senior talent market research, you will lead tasks in the utilization of an array of channels including candidate identification platforms, published news, websites, professional networks, industry databases, and market intelligence. Your overall objective is to lead critical tasks that successfully provides a qualified candidate pool that precisely matches specific role requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with US Senior Talent Acquisition team membersLead candidate identification efforts of the Sourcing Team across multiple functions including advisory, audit, tax, and business service groupsManage workflow and oversee all related details for team member sourcing assignments and special projectsIdentify upskilling opportunities and enhance the team’s executive candidate identification techniques and strategiesDevelop, implement and maintain sourcing and documentation best practices (sourcing strategies, in-take procedures, comprehensive candidate information summaries, talent pool/talent movement update activities, CRM record keeping and reporting)Provide hands-on support as needed to supplement sourcing efforts and project work, carry requisitions load as neededCollaborate with the Talent Intelligence & Insights Team on external talent intelligence needs for STA stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of progressive corporate and/or agency recruiting experience, with a focus on executive recruiting ideally serving professional service firm clientsBachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/universityExperience in leading candidate sourcingStrong project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skillsExperience preparing, analyzing, and sharing recruiting data and reports with key stakeholders and implementing team best practicesIndependent judgment skills to support a client service and teamwork-driven environmentAbility to assess executive level candidate qualifications and fit against job requirementsGood understanding of industry and market dynamics relevant to the searchProficient with a variety of candidate identification platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PPT, and MS Project)Preferred experience with the firm's CRM and ATS databases
