HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support. It is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Source candidates through job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility:-

• Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM (HR) students are preferred.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:-

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
