HR Intern

A Talent Acquisition Intern supports the corporate recruiting team in identifying, screening, and hiring qualified candidates. This hands-on role involves posting job openings, managing candidate databases, and coordinating interviews to help build a strong talent pipeline and streamline the overall hiring process.

Core Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Searching for active and passive candidates via professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) and job portals.
• Screening: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial HR phone calls to evaluate a candidate's communication skills and role fit.
• Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth, welcoming candidate experience.
• Database Management: Updating recruitment trackers, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and spreadsheets with applicant statuses.
• Employer Branding: Assisting with campus hiring initiatives, career fairs, and creating recruitment marketing materials.
• Onboarding Support: Helping roll out offers, communicating with applicants, and assisting with onboarding documentation
