About your team

The Global Procurement Data & Insight team drives data-led decision making across supply chain and sourcing. The team enables visibility into spend, supplier performance, and strategic opportunities through advanced analytics and emerging technologies including AI.

About your role
As a Consultant – Data & Insight, you will play a critical role in shaping how data and analytics support procurement strategy across Fidelity’s global operations. You will design and deliver insights that influence sourcing decisions, supplier strategies, and financial outcomes.

In addition to traditional analytics, this role will increasingly leverage Generative AI (GenAI) and advanced analytics to enhance reporting, automate insight generation, and improve decision intelligence. You will work closely with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and technology to identify opportunities where AI-driven solutions can optimize processes such as spend analysis, supplier evaluation, and forecasting.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, build scalable reporting solutions, and contribute to the evolution of procurement analytics by integrating modern data tools, automation, and AI capabilities.

About you

You bring strong analytical expertise combined with a forward-looking mindset towards data and AI innovation. You are comfortable working with complex datasets and transforming them into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

•           4–6 years of experience in analytics, preferably within financial services or procurement

•           Strong understanding of procurement processes and related data (spend, suppliers, contracts)

•           Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Oracle BI)

•           Proficiency in Excel, data modelling, and analytics techniques

•           Exposure to programming languages such as Python or R

•           Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools or strong interest in applying AI to analytics and business processes

•           Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into data-driven solutions
