Are you passionate in developing a multitude of products and solutions in Li-Ion domain and adjacent consumer electrical/electronics verticals that positively impact consumer lives. Do you desire to develop multi-domain expertise with cutting across electrical, electronics and mechanical? Do you love consumer-centric innovation and to lead the execution of the project from insight to mass production?

 

This is a technical project manager position where you leverage process and technology to develop and sustain an exciting product portfolio. This involves conceptualizing the best-in-class Li-Ion battery product development & deployment . You will be the accountable for the delivery of the projects.

 

Qualification/ Personal Attributes

Qualification

• Bachelors / Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Technical Project Management
• Must have Exposure of Li-Ion battery & BMS development.
• Experience end to end project management in Li-Ion battery and its product.
• Exposure to power electronics & Solar domain will have added advantage.
• Exposure to PV Panel, Solar charger Inverter design/project management.
• Understand the mechanical design and can give his input.
• Good understanding of different compliance requirements and execution.

• Planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, risk assessment and delivery of software projects.
• Excellent Team Player with string interpersonal and communication skills
• Capability to collaborate with cross functional teams/3rd parties
• Understanding the business side of the application
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders for effective projects delivery.
• High level of analytical ability when faced with complex problems.
• Ability to influence project teams and the management in decision making.

• Participate in the various stages of product development lifecycle (concept, design, development, deployment)
• Ensure unit and integration tests
• Identify and resolve issues/dependencies
• Write, review and maintain documentation
• Follow control process.
• Product ownership

 

Technical Skills:

• Agile Project Management/Scrum Master

• Understanding the Battery Chemistry and pack development
• Technical knowledge of Li-Ion battery operation and safety

• Technical Knowledge on Solar PV Panel
