Job Title: Assistant Manager / Consultant

📍 Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune

🕒 Experience: 3–7 Years

🧑‍💼 Reporting To: Manager / Senior Manager

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT General Controls (ITGC) audits across infrastructure, applications, and databases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Review and assess SAP system controls, including user access, segregation of duties (SoD), configuration settings, and automated controls.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and technical support throughout audit engagements.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand business processes, IT environments, and control expectations.
• Translate client requirements into actionable audit plans and ensure alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
• Identify control gaps and provide practical, risk-based recommendations for remediation.
• Prepare and present audit findings and reports to client stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, ICOFR, ISO standards and internal IT governance policies.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of ITGC methodologies, templates, and knowledge repositories.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, risks, and audit best practices.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in IT auditing, risk management, or compliance, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of ITGC domains: access controls, change management, operations, and security.
• Proven experience in SAP IT control testing (ECC, S/4HANA preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships and internal teams.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

🏅 Preferred Certifications

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) – preferred
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or equivalent -preferred
• SAP GRC or other SAP-related certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
