Responsible for leading fire and safety operations across multiple sites, ensuring strategic compliance with regulatory standards and organizational risk management goals.

Job Description

• Develop and implement fire safety and occupational health policies across all facilities.
• Conduct fire risk assessments, safety audits, and ensure readiness of fire protection systems.
• Lead emergency response planning, fire drills, and evacuation exercises.
• Liaise with government bodies, fire departments, and external safety consultants for inspections and certifications.
• Monitor compliance with statutory safety regulations and internal standards.
• Investigate fire and safety incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation for audits, licenses, and legal reporting.
• Guide infrastructure upgrades and safety improvements in coordination with project teams.

Key selection criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fire Safety, Industrial Safety, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in fire and safety management, preferably in large-scale operations.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety codes, risk assessment methodologies, and emergency planning.
• Excellent leadership, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, Fire Safety Officer, or equivalent preferred.
