📍 Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)

We are looking for experienced candidates for Australian Solar Sales campaigns.

Open Positions:

• Team Leader – 2 Openings

• Telecaller / Sales Executive – 10+ Openings

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to Australian customers.

• Promote and sell Solar Panels, Solar Batteries, and Heat Pump solutions.

• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain customer records and sales reports.

• Team Leaders will be responsible for team management and target achievement.

Requirements:

• Experience in Australian Solar Sales Process is mandatory.

• Experience in Solar, Solar Batteries, or Heat Pump sales.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable working in Australian Shift (Starts at 4:00 AM).

• Willing to work from Gurugram location.

Salary & Benefits:
