Job Description

  • Identify and develop new vendors as per company requirements.
  • Maintain and update the approved vendor database.
  • Conduct vendor evaluations and performance assessments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, samples, and commercial negotiations.
  • Compare quotations and prepare vendor comparison reports.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.
  • Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Stores departments for vendor-related activities.
  • Monitor vendor performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
  • Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Maintain records, contracts, agreements, and vendor correspondence.
