Job Title: Center Manager – PreschoolLocation: Najafgarh, Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our preschool. The role involves managing admissions, parent relations, staff supervision, and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day preschool operations.
  • Drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
  • Counsel prospective parents and conduct school tours.
  • Supervise teachers and support staff.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of curriculum and activities.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and child care.
  • Handle parent communication and resolve concerns.
  • Organize events, marketing activities, and community outreach.
