Job Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Ayurprakash Herbal Private Limited is seeking a smart, dependable, and proactive Factory Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations and ensure the smooth execution of manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise factory workers and monitor daily operations.
• Ensure production activities are carried out in accordance with company processes and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks and assessments during manufacturing and packing.
• Manage production timelines and coordinate with different departments to ensure the timely completion of work.
• Maintain production records, documentation, and other factory-related paperwork.
• Monitor inventory movement and assist in operational planning.
• Identify process improvements and ensure efficient resource utilisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good computer and internet proficiency.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage workers and maintain discipline on the factory floor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, herbal, Ayurvedic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
• Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
