Your main responsibilities

Job Summary :

The primary purpose of the role is to manage and lead a significant team of technical experts to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction of existing installations.

Role & Responsibilities  :

  • Supervise and direct a team of technical experts to ensure elevators, escalators, and moving walks are installed and upgraded according to the highest technical standards and regulatory requirements, optimizing functionality and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance to resolve complex issues on-site, coordinating closely with engineers and project managers to ensure timely resolution and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Oversee and conduct detailed inspections and testing of installations and upgrades, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and identifying areas for continuous improvement, reducing the likelihood of future issues.
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment by regularly engaging with team members, ensuring effective communication and the dissemination of technical knowledge and best practices.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure projects are executed smoothly, meeting all contractual and regulatory obligations.
  • Represent the company in technical discussions with clients and partners, demonstrating deep expertise and ensuring the company's standards and values are upheld.

Professional Experience :

  • Exposure to the Service Business
  • Managed “ Service” operations for a systems-driven company for at least 2 years.
