What you will do :

• Work with owner to influence specifications and promote Johnson Controls’ products and capabilities.
• Assist operations team to submit quotation as required.
• Conduct market survey, make marketing and sales presentations to owners as required. Coordinate with the Service Department for maximum results.
• Maintain existing customers and continue to develop new customers.
• Resolve all differences between our customers on contracts matters, expectations, etc.
• Prepare proposal, drawings, and quotations as required for customers.
• Secure orders, write out plan margin and work with operations team for commitment.
• Maintain a record of all jobs tendered or quoted. Furnish the weekly updated list to Business Manager.
• Provide weekly activities report to the Business Manager.
• Plan and strategize marketing and sales.
• Follow-up with customers for collections.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, OR
• Associate/2‑year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, OR
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Must have knowledge in Building Service, BAS, Fire Alarm & Security Systems
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 4. Need to travel as and when required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Working knowledge of sales tools, processes, and technologies.
• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly to sales stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
