This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft proposals that not only meet client expectations but also provide clear value and feasibility. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed are practical, innovative, and support the overall business strategy, fostering strong partnerships and driving successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and deploying IT service management workflows and processes.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems to enhance functionality.
- Ability to analyze and optimize IT service management operations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within ServiceNow platforms.
- Excellent understanding of ITIL principles and their application within ServiceNow environments.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
