OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive

• Install and commission required system field devices in line with project scope and quality standards.
• Perform configuration and commissioning activities using standard Johnson Controls tools and procedures.
• Troubleshoot system and device-level issues and take corrective actions to resolve problems efficiently.
• Respond to and support basic warranty calls, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with JCI teams, contractors, and customers regarding job progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure all activities comply with Johnson Controls’ quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Document commissioning activities, test results, and corrective actions as per standard procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and field execution.

Required Qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in field installation, commissioning, or quality engineering roles.

What We Look For:

• A results-driven mentality with a can-do attitude and ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions.
• To successfully meet Service growth objectives by identifying and selling new PSA and O&M opportunities (along with renewal opportunities)
• Preferred Educational Level: Degree onwards and/or relevant industry experience
• Experience Required: 6+ years and above experience in CFS or HVACR industry service or sales function
• Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills
• Must be a proactive team player
• A results-driven mentality with a can-do attitude and ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions
