Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Cafeteria Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will lead staff, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Requirements :-
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate cafeteria staff (servers, cleaners, cashiers)
- Ensure efficient and timely food service
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for order accuracy and speed
- Manage seating arrangements and customer flow
- Train, guide, and motivate team members
- Monitor inventory and report shortages
Qualifications:-
- RequirementsProven experience in food service, hospitality, or cafeteria management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
