• Assist the team in Adhering to clients’ corporate income tax compliance requirement as per statute (assessments, filing of returns, etc.)
• Assist in tax & restructuring mandates for clients
• Knowledge in corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions tax (domestic and international tax)
• Basic knowledge of other laws like FEMA and SEBI would be preferred
• Strong people and client management skills
• Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization
