Job Description

Title:                   Strategic People Information Associate
Department:        Strategic People Information (HR Enablement)
Location:              India
Reports To:          Strategic People Information Lead
Level:                   3

We’re proud to have been helping our clients build better financial futures for over 50 years — by thinking long term, acting with integrity and working together. Within HR Enablement, Strategic People Information (SPI) enables better people decisions through trusted data, clear insight and responsible innovation.

About your team

HR Enablement is accountable for shaping CPO’s strategy and supporting its key strategic initiatives. Strategic People Information (SPI) is the data and insights arm of the function. SPI is an established and trusted strategic partner to HRBPs, Heads of HR, Centres of Excellence and business leaders. We act as the narrators of our global people data — translating complexity into clarity. Our objective is to provide timely insight and compelling narrative to support informed, long-term decision making.

About your role

The Strategic People Information Associate plays a key role in maintaining and evolving SPI’s core products and services. Approximately 60% of your time will focus on managed products — owning, refreshing and continuously improving dashboards and insight packs in response to stakeholder feedback. The remaining 40% will support timely, high-quality responses to ad-hoc analytical requests.

You will ensure outputs are accurate, sustainable and aligned to stakeholder priorities. This includes manipulating complex datasets, maintaining reporting logic, managing data quality risks and articulating clear insights and limitations.

You will also contribute to strategic initiatives, including our listening strategy (Feel Heard and Pulse surveys) and the evolution of the CPO Data Lake.

Collaboration is central to the role — you will work closely with colleagues across HR Enablement, HRBPs, CoEs and technical teams to deliver joined-up, client-focused insight. This role provides exposure to operational delivery and strategic initiatives, offering a strong platform for progression within HR Enablement.

About you

  • You demonstrate strong analytical capability and sound judgement when working with complex data. Accuracy and integrity are non-negotiable, balanced with pace and responsiveness.
  • You have experience building and maintaining dashboards (Tableau or Power BI) and confidently evolve products based on stakeholder feedback.
  • You bring practical data wrangling capability — advanced Excel, SQL and exposure to Power Apps, Alteryx, Python or R.
  • You manage recurring reporting cycles while responding effectively to ad-hoc requests, applying structured analytical thinking to move beyond reporting towards insight.
  • You communicate insights clearly, translating data into practical implications for non-technical audiences.
  • You are curious about emerging technologies, including Generative AI, and thoughtfully apply them to improve efficiency, quality and stakeholder experience.
  • You collaborate effectively across regions and functions, building trusted relationships.
  • You take a long-term view, prioritising scalable, sustainable solutions over short-term fixes.

Feel rewarded

For starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package. We’ll value your wellbeing and support your development. And we’ll be as flexible as we can about where and when you work – finding a balance that works for all of us. It’s all part of our commitment to making you feel motivated by the work you do and happy to be part of our team.
