The Difference You Will Make:

As a Senior operations Specialist, you will contribute to operational efficiency by supporting the review of Experience onboarding funnels and assessing their readiness for listing on Airbnb, ensuring alignment with policy, design, and regulatory requirements. Through reliable delivery of key performance metrics and a growing understanding of domain knowledge, this role will support informed decision-making and consistent operational execution. By assisting with operational workstreams, flagging opportunities for workflow improvements, the role will contribute to continuous improvement and the overall success of the program.

A Typical Day: 

As a member of the Operations team, you will apply foundational principles, practices, and methodologies within your designated focus area, developing expertise across a range of workflows. This role requires a blend of functional knowledge and hands-on experience to support efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations.

• Assist in the end-to-end Hotel profile creation and onboarding process, including processing content (photos, amenities) and managing data entry for hotel profiles.
• Ensure key performance metrics are consistently met across operational workflows, maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and proactively implement solutions to drive efficiency.
• Develop deep domain knowledge of core processes and systems, leveraging this expertise to support complex workstreams and ad hoc business projects.
• Support complex and nascent workstreams using operational diligence, and expertise driven decision-making.
• Supports ad hoc projects based on business needs, with roles and responsibilities aligned to specific project requirements.

Your Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Operations or relevant field.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, QA standards, and operational guidelines.
• Quick learner — ability to absorb training on new tools and processes.
• Agile and adaptive thinker with the ability to respond to evolving business needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and action-oriented mindset.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency in all deliverables.
• Demonstrates core values, fosters inclusive behavior, and continuously seeks self-improvement.

Nice to have :

• Experience in marketplace or supply growth environments (travel, hospitality, SaaS, etc.).
• Efficient in Microsoft office or Google suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, offices, and time zones.
