Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative delivery methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to build collective expertise.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and core human resources processes within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
