Summary:
The Security Account Lead (SAL) serves as a trusted advisor responsible for driving the client's cybersecurity vision by leveraging Accenture Security capabilities. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing security business opportunities, ensuring successful delivery of security services, and helping clients improve their overall cyber resilience. The SAL acts as a strategic partner to client leadership and collaborates with internal teams to deliver innovative and high-value security solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Account Growth & Client Management
Drive the growth and strategic development of assigned client accounts.
Own and execute the Security Business Plan for the account.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the security portfolio.
Build long-term trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
Client Value Creation
Understand client business priorities and cybersecurity objectives.
Serve as the primary security advisor to executive stakeholders.
Develop customized security solutions aligned with business needs.
Deliver measurable business value through innovative security services.
Security Solutions & Delivery
Leverage Accenture Security capabilities and partnerships to provide end-to-end security solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and delivery teams to address client challenges.
Ensure successful delivery of security engagements while maintaining quality standards.
Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Business Development
Identify opportunities for security transformation and digital resilience.
Support proposal development, solution design, and client presentations.
Collaborate with sales teams to expand existing accounts and win new business.

Professional & Technical Skills:
12–18+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Consulting, or Technology Services.
Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts.
Strong background in security consulting and client engagement.
Experience leading cross-functional and global delivery teams.
Demonstrated success in business development and account growth.
