Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The day is often spent collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, while continuously refining and adapting solutions to meet evolving needs and challenges within the project scope.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align architecture with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance systems.
- Understanding of security principles and best practices in software architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
