About the Role

Portfolio Services Technology is building JLL's first generation of production AI agent platforms — Navigator, a multi-agent scenario planning tool for portfolio management, and the Lease Admin Agents programme, designed to transform lease administration at scale. Both are in active delivery with committed launch timelines.

We are looking for a Technical Product Lead to own the product and technology strategy across these programmes. This is a senior individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of AI product management, solution architecture and enterprise delivery. You will define how the product works, ensure engineering builds the right things, and act as the technical authority bridging business stakeholders and delivery teams.

This role draws on the full stack of modern AI product development — agentic systems, RAG design, LLM evaluation, low-code orchestration and enterprise integration — and requires someone who can operate credibly from a CDR to a C-suite platform presentation.

What You Will Do

AI Product Strategy & Ownership

•     Own the product vision and technical roadmap across Navigator and Lease Admin Agents, ensuring both are built to deliver the outcomes committed in the approved business cases

•     Define and validate AI agent behaviours, tool-calling patterns, guardrails and output evaluation frameworks for production deployment

•     Lead platform selection and architecture decisions, including the current AWS evaluation, assessing vendor capabilities, total cost of ownership and enterprise readiness

•     Drive build-vs-buy recommendations across the AI and automation technology stack, synthesising technical capabilities and business fit for senior stakeholder decisions

•     Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are technically well-defined, prioritised and sprint-ready at all times

Solution Architecture & Technical Governance

•     Design and oversee hybrid AI architectures combining agentic orchestration, Python microservices, RAG pipelines and low-code platforms

•     Contribute to and lead Critical Design Reviews (CDR), acting as product advocate to balance user needs with technical constraints, security requirements and architectural standards

•     Establish governance frameworks for AI and agentic solution deployment, ensuring ethical use, security compliance and sustainable scaling aligned with enterprise risk management

•     Own AI Terms Addendum obligations under vendor contracts, including oversight of third-party AI tool usage, output validation and data governance compliance

•     Maintain technical documentation, architecture decisions and product specifications in Confluence

Stakeholder & Delivery Alignment

•     Act as the primary technical interface between JLL business stakeholders, JBS, JLLT and external engineering partners

•     Translate deep dive OPEX workshop outputs and SME sessions into technically executable product specifications

•     Work with the Programme Manager to ensure delivery milestones, resource dependencies and risks are tracked and escalated appropriately

•     Leverage NPS data via Pendo and user testing via Optimal Workshop to translate findings into product iteration priorities

Enablement & Adoption

•     Define go-to-market and adoption strategy for AI capabilities across Portfolio Services, positioning products for internal and client-facing launch

•     Support enablement curriculum and certification pathways for citizen developer and AI champion communities

•     Champion responsible AI adoption, ensuring teams understand how to use AI tools effectively and safely within enterprise policy

What We Are Looking For

Essential

•     7+ years of experience in a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner or Solution Architect role, with at least 3 years focused on AI or automation platforms

•     Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems, including agent orchestration, tool-calling patterns, prompt engineering and RAG design

•     Strong Python proficiency and experience building or overseeing REST API-based service architectures

•     Demonstrated experience evaluating enterprise AI platforms — including LLMs such as Claude, Gemini and OpenAI — and presenting platform recommendations to senior stakeholders

•     Experience managing hybrid architectures combining low-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio) with custom Python microservices

•     Proven ability to own and manage product backlogs for complex, multi-workstream AI programmes

•     Strong communication skills — able to operate credibly from engineering standup to C-suite presentation

Desirable

•     Experience with AWS AgentCore or equivalent agentic AI deployment platforms

•     Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings and document intelligence pipelines

•     Experience in real estate, financial services or enterprise SaaS environments

•     Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and multi-environment deployment practices

•     Exposure to Pendo, Optimal Workshop or equivalent product analytics and user research tools

•     Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent Agile delivery certification
