Credit Control Executive – Petrol Pump Network

We are looking for a Credit Control Executive for the Accounts Department of our multi-location petrol pump network.

Responsibilities

• Monitor party-wise fuel credit sales, outstanding and credit limits.
• Ensure customers do not exceed approved credit limits.
• Check billing accuracy and proper billing/payment cycles.
• Follow up with credit customers for timely payments.
• Prepare regular ageing and outstanding reports.
• Analyse party-wise fuel sales, payment behaviour and profitability.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing/payment issues.
• Coordinate for Credit Sales Agreements, KYC and security cheques.
• Highlight overdue, high-risk or low-profit customers to management.
• Recommend increase, reduction or stopping of credit limits where required.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce/Accounts preferred.
• Experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Billing or Collections.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Tally/ERP.
• Strong communication, follow-up and analytical skills.
