Job Title: ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER (CTC - 4L TO 7L)
Job Summary:
The role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents to drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through team performance, ensuring high productivity, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities Recruit and onboard new insurance Partnes/AIM
- Train and mentor team members on products, sales techniques, and compliance
- Drive team performance to achieve monthly and annual business targets
- Monitor and track individual and team sales performance
- Motivate and support the team to improve productivity and retention
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business
- Assist team members in closing high-value deals when required
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Team sales target achievement
- Number of active advisors/agents
- Policy conversion ratio
- Revenue generation through the team
- Partners/AIM retention and productivity levels
