Job Title: Financial Insurance Advisor
Job Summary:
A Financial Insurance Advisor helps individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals by providing expert advice on insurance and financial planning solutions. The role involves identifying clients' financial needs, recommending suitable insurance products, building long-term relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting sales and business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and insurance needs.
- Recommend appropriate life, health, savings, retirement, and investment-linked insurance products.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing financial guidance.
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and claim-related support.
- Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and terms clearly to customers.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans and recommend updates when needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare required reports.
Qualifications:
- 10th,12th,Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance, Business, or Commerce preferred).
- Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or sales is preferred.
- Valid insurance licensing/certification as required by local regulations.
