Job Title: Channel Partner

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Partner professional to develop and manage through channel partners, and strategic alliances. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the partner network, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring achievement of business targets.

• Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners and business associates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with their team and partners.
• Drive through channel partners to achieve monthly tasks.
• Conduct partner meetings, product presentations, and reviews regularly.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to channel partners on products and other processes.
• Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth partner operations and customer service.
• Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and escalations.
• Develop market expansion strategies through channel networks.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare reports, MIS etc.
