ABOUT DEEP HORIZON
Deep Horizon is India's first personal security concierge — a 24/7 AI-powered safety app backed by a live human Security Operations Centre (SOC) and an on-demand bodyguard marketplace. We are live in Guwahati and growing fast. Our product serves individuals, families, and institutions that need always-on protection — not just an emergency button.
THE ROLE
You will own B2B business development on the ground — identifying prospects, making the pitch, and closing institutional partnerships across Guwahati. This is not a support role. You will carry targets, manage your own pipeline, and report directly to the founding team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Visit and pitch Deep Horizon to PGs, hostels, corporates, hospitals, universities and RWAs across Guwahati
· Convert prospects into signed enterprise partnerships — own the full sales cycle from first call to close
· Drive on-ground awareness campaigns and safety orientation sessions at partner institutions
· Demonstrate the Deep Horizon app live to decision-makers and their residents or employees
· Build and maintain a structured lead pipeline — track status, follow-ups and conversions
· Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities with institutions that serve large captive audiences
· Feed market intelligence back to the founding team — objections, pricing sensitivity, what actually works
TARGET SEGMENTS
· Paying Guest (PG) accommodations and student hostels
· Corporates and enterprises — employee safety programs
· Hospitals and healthcare institutions — staff and patient safety
· Universities and colleges — campus and student safety
· Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) — community and family protection
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· MBA student with a genuine interest in sales, startups or the safety space
· Confident, articulate communicator — comfortable opening doors cold
· Self-driven — able to plan your own day, manage your pipeline and hit targets independently
· Comfortable with daily field work across the city
· Proficient in English and Assamese
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
