Job Description
Nilachal credit management Private Limited was established in 2019 is a leading recovery and collection agency in East India. Having our H.O. in Guwahati, Assam, Bankas Solution, we have our presence in eight states across India with reputed and established national and private banks and NBFC’s with the strength of more than 500 staffs under the IIBF guidance.
Field sales executives, also known as field sales representatives, are essential to most sales teams. They interact with customers, increase company revenue and market products, usually through various on-field sales approaches.
- Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue by selling products or services to new and existing customers through various methods, including direct sales, cold calling, and networking.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research: Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities by researching target audiences and attending networking events.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of the products or services offered.
- Sales Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment on strategies and timely delivery of products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.
- Experience: Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions to overcome sales challenges.
- Experience in Paytm, Phonepe, POS Management, paytm, Googlepay
