Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Civil Engineer to join our project execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, coordinating, and monitoring construction activities to ensure timely project completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Site ManagementSupervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare periodic status reports.
• Quality Control & AssuranceEnsure compliance with quality standards and construction best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections of ongoing works, including RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, waterproofing, and infrastructure works.
• Verify material quality and ensure proper testing procedures are followed.
• Maintain quality documentation and records.
• Planning & CoordinationAssist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Identify potential project risks and propose effective solutions.
• Participate in project review meetings and progress evaluations.
• Measurement & BillingVerify contractor measurements and work quantities.
• Review and certify contractor bills and vendor invoices.
• Maintain records of executed quantities and project costs.
• Support cost-control initiatives and budget monitoring.
• Safety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to site safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Monitor implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Assist in obtaining and maintaining necessary approvals and compliance documentation.
• Documentation & ReportingMaintain site records, daily progress reports, material consumption reports, and quality checklists.
• Prepare project updates for management review.
• Ensure proper documentation of changes, approvals, and site instructions.
• Desired QualificationsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2–8 years of experience in real estate, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, RCC works, finishing works, and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, project planning software, and quantity estimation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
