Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Collection/Debt Recovery Executive.

  • Visit customers to collect overdue payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits and collections.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Achieve assigned collection targets.
  • Report daily activities and collection updates to the supervisor.
  • Follow ethical and legal collection practices at all times.
