Field Collection Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Collection Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting payments from customers who have taken commercial vehicle loans or auto loans. The role involves visiting customers at their locations, negotiating payments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers at their locations to collect payments, negotiate settlements, and resolve disputes.
• Collect payments from customers, issue receipts, and update payment records.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their concerns, and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and other relevant information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Submit regular reports on collection activities, customer interactions, and payment recoveries.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of Filed Collection experience in commercial vehicle loan collection or auto loan collection.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel extensively and work in different environments.
