Techflora Global Workforce Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing company providing skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower solutions across India and internationally.


  • 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new clients (B2B sales)
  • Pitch staffing and recruitment services to companies
  • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Schedule and attend client meetings
  • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships


✅ Requirements Experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (Assamese is a plus)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
