Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: North East India (Extensive Travel Required)

Job Overview:

Dekoraakar.construction is looking for dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executives who are willing to travel across the North East region to meet clients, convert leads into projects, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on qualified leads provided by the company

Travel across North East India to meet clients physically

Present company services and convert leads into construction projects

Build strong client relationships and maintain professional communication

Collect minimum token amount from clients to confirm project onboarding

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

Provide regular updates and reports to management

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 10:00 PM (depending on client schedule)

Leaves & Benefits:

2 leaves per month

Additional occasional offs as applicable

Food, accommodation, and travel expenses fully covered by the company

Salary Structure:

₹16,000 – ₹22,000 (during 1-month probation period)

First Week: Trial Period

Post-probation salary increment of 2% to 5% based on performance and target achievement

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

3–4 years of experience in sales (preferred, but not mandatory)

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Confident in face-to-face client interaction

Ability to work independently in field conditions
