HR Junior Recruiter

HR Recruiter – Job ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and selection updates.
• Negotiate salary and discuss employment terms with selected candidates.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and collect joining documents.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and candidate records.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and company portals.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
• Support employer branding and campus or bulk hiring initiatives, when required.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
