Job Description
About the Role We are a growing construction company with multiple active project sites across India. We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who can independently manage the complete HR function, from compliance and payroll to ground-level workforce management. Site visits will be required for purposes such as workforce training, compliance inspections, attendance audits, and on-ground coordination with supervisors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage attendance and overtime tracking across all project sites
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both site labour and office staff
- Independently manage PF and ESIC, registrations, monthly filings, challan management, and employee queries
- Oversee payroll processing and review OT claims before payroll cutoff
- Ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
- Handle worker grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution across sites
- Prepare monthly HR reports on headcount, OT costs, attendance trends
Who We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years of HR experience with at least 1 year of independent HR handling
- Must have construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, mining, or industrial HR background
- Direct experience managing blue-collar and contract labour
- Hands-on PF and ESIC filing experience
- Comfortable visiting construction sites
- Willing to travel across project sites in and outside Assam.
