Job Description
Nilachal credit management Private Limited was established in 2019 is a leading recovery and collection agency in East India. Having our H.O. in Guwahati, Assam, Bankas Solution, we have our presence in eight states across India with reputed and established national and private banks and NBFC’s with the strength of more than 500 staffs under the IIBF guidance.
Position OverviewWe are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month period. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the ropes of corporate Human Resources, from talent acquisition to employee engagement and HR operations. You will work closely with our HR team, gaining valuable experience that will serve as a strong foundation for your career in people operations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings on various job boards, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Help prepare onboarding materials, coordinate orientation schedules for new hires, and assist with administrative offboarding tasks.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update digital employee records, ensure data compliance, and assist in drafting HR documents like offer letters and company policies.
- Employee Engagement: Brainstorm, plan, and execute internal team-building events, employee wellness initiatives, or feedback surveys to boost workplace culture.
- Research & Special Projects: Conduct research on current HR industry trends, benchmarking data (like compensation or benefits), or training programs to help optimize our current processes.
- Qualifications & Skills Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal team members.
- Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Experience with Canva or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
- Discretion: High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with absolute discretion.
