HR Intern

About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will offer you hands-on experience across various HR functions and give you an insight into day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced work environment.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Assist in recruitment & onboarding processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, etc.)
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Support in the execution of employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and analytics.
• Coordinate training & development activities.
• Help with drafting policies, letters, and internal communications.
• Perform general administrative tasks as required.
• ✅ Requirements:Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A genuine interest in building a career in HR.
