Job Description

  • Junior HR Recruiter – ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls/interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate database / MIS reports
  • Post job openings on various job portals and platforms
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining
  • Assist in offer letter rollout and documentation
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain proper records of recruitment activities and reports
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
  • Support senior HR in daily recruitment tasks
