Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying client needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities---
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
* Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance plans
* Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly
* Assist clients with application and documentation processes
* Maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
* Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements
