Job Description
1. Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for rooms, public areas, kitchen equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lifts, DG sets, and STP/ETP.
2. Attend and resolve maintenance complaints promptly to ensure guest comfort.
3. Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance logs.
4. Supervise, train, and allocate duties to maintenance team members (electricians, plumbers, technicians, helpers).
5. Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and productivity of the team.
6. Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks.
7. Ensure compliance with fire safety norms, electrical safety standards, and local statutory regulations.
8. Coordinate fire drills and safety inspections.
9. Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, chemicals, and equipment.
