Role Purpose

The Open Market Sales Executive will drive customer acquisition through field sales and open market sourcing, contributing directly to business growth and market expansion across North East India.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new credit card customers through open market sourcing

• Conduct field sales activities such as market mapping, canopy drives, and cold calling

• Generate leads by visiting Government, Private, and Defence establishments

• Engage and convert walk-in and referred customers

• Ensure timely login and processing of applications as per compliance guidelines

• Achieve monthly acquisition and productivity targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• 0–3 years of experience in sales (BFSI preferred)

• Freshers with strong communication and sales mindset may apply

Key Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in local language and Hindi (English preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Ability to work in a field-intensive role

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & negotiation)
