Operation Cum Customer Support

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations cum Customer Support Executive to join our courier and logistics company. The role involves handling day-to-day operations, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and providing customer support to ensure smooth logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
• Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers.
• Coordinate with delivery partners, drivers, warehouses, and operations teams.
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain shipment records, customer data, and operational reports.
• Manage booking entries, order updates, and status tracking in the system.
• Follow up on pending deliveries, returns, and failed shipments.
• Ensure smooth daily logistics and operational workflow.
• Communicate with clients regarding pickup, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
• Support the operations team in day-to-day logistics activities.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, data entry, CRM/software usage).
• Ability to handle customer issues calmly and professionally.
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
• Prior experience in customer support, logistics, courier, or operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
