Job Description
Warehouse Captain (Picker / Packer / Scanner / Loader–Unloader)
Job Location: SS Guwahati Chandmarie ES2
Job Description:
We are hiring Warehouse Captains for store and warehouse operations. Selected candidates will be responsible for product handling, sorting, scanning, picking, packing, and loading/unloading work.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Picking products from assigned racks within time limits
2.Packing and labeling items accurately
3.Scanning products using handheld devices
4.Sorting items according to order requirements
5.Loading and unloading goods carefully
6.Maintaining cleanliness and discipline in the work area
Shift Timings:
Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
30 minutes paid lunch break
Work Requirements:
1.Ability to pick and move items quickly
2.Must complete picking tasks within 10 seconds per item
3.Physically fit for standing and walking work
4.Basic understanding of scanning devices preferred
Eligibility:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass
