Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and expand our dealer network. The role involves visiting project sites, generating leads, maintaining dealer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit new project sites to generate enquiries and develop new business opportunities
• Meet existing dealers regularly and collect orders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and clients
• Conduct carpenter meets and promotional activities to increase product awareness
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent performance
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain daily visit reports and update sales data

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales
• Good communication skills in Assamese and Hindi
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Mandatory:

• Own two-wheeler
• Valid driving license
• Willingness to travel extensively within Guwahati
