Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Meet prospective clients and present company products or services.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM software.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
