🩺 HIRING: Social Media & Client Coordinator — Get Best Doc (Guwahati)
Get Best Doc is a doctor-led healthcare marketing agency working with clinics, labs and hospitals across India. We're hiring our first dedicated Social Media & Client Coordinator to manage client communication and content scheduling.
⚠️ Please note: this is an OPERATIONS role, not sales. You will manage existing clients — not chase new ones.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
✅ Talk to clients on WhatsApp/email — approvals, check-ins, updates
✅ Design posts in Canva/Photoshop and schedule on Instagram/Facebook (Meta Business Suite) and Google Business Profile
✅ Follow our compliance checklist before anything goes live (full training given)
✅ Keep our client tracker updated
✅ Send simple monthly reports to clients
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Comfortable speaking with doctors/clinic owners — professional and patient
• Organised — can run a checklist without being reminded
• Some Canva + Instagram/Facebook posting experience (personal or professional)
• Careful with words — no exaggerated claims, ever
• Comfortable in a small, lean team
NICE TO HAVE
• Healthcare/wellness marketing background
• Hindi/Assamese + English
• WhatsApp Business or Google Business Profile familiarity
SALARY: ₹10,000–₹18,000/month, based on experience
LOCATION: Guwahati (Megha Plaza) — full-time, in-office
